Let yourself be moved by the culture of wine

The Cascina del Colle staff is happy to welcome you to its facility. We have designed an experience for you where we will accompany you to discover our winemaking reality.

The Tour will begin, weather permitting, with a short walk in the vineyard. Then we will see together the phases of processing and transformation of the grapes into wine until arriving at the finished bottle. At the end of the tour, in the barrel room we will taste our wines, delving into the discovery of the peculiarities of our territory.

Frequently Asked Questions

The tasting packages always include a tasting board which usually includes: bread and EVO oil of our production, local cheeses, ham and salami. The board may vary depending on the availability of the products.

The duration of the complete tasting tour is approximately 1.30 hours

Pets are always welcome. They can be with us in the spaces outside the cellar and for food safety they cannot access the inside.

Payment is made directly at the facility on the day of the tasting you booked. You can pay either in cash or by card.

We kindly ask you to notify us at least 12 hours in advance so that we can give other people the opportunity to take part in the tasting.

Tastings can be booked in both Italian and English. You can choose the language directly during the booking phase. For requests for additional languages, we are available to find a solution.

Usually, weather permitting, we make a short stop in the vineyard near the company. In case of bioggio the tour will take place regularly, skipping only the passage in the vineyard.

Our store is open every day including tasting hours. We will be happy to serve you if you decide to buy wine to take home or to ship both in Italy and abroad.

We are prepared to provide tasting boards for both vegetarians, vegans or intolerances. I recommend that you write it at the time of booking and in any case we will make sure that your request can be accepted.

• Of course, you can notify us of the presence of minors at the time of booking so that we can leave the right space for them too.
