Abruzzo Doc Bianco Bio
- Denomination: Sparkling Rosé Wine
- Grapes: Mixed blend of red grapes
- Winification: Cold in an inert environment with fermentation in steel. Subsequently the wine is treated in an autoclave for 40 days where refermentation takes place
- Aging: In steel at controlled temperature
- Sensory Characteristics: Hints of tropical fruits and ripe yellow peach. Its freshness is noticeable on the palate. The bubble is minimally invasive but delicate and persistent. The color is unmistakably reminiscent of salmon and it is no coincidence that it is very suitable with seafood aperitifs and quite savory foods.
